We provide therapy and outpatient services to the San Diego community through our thoughtful practices and evidence-based treatment modalities. Mission Valley Behavioral Health Services
Our behavioral health service programs include therapies and medical management designed to keep you empowered and reach your mental health goals. These services include:
- Intensive Group Therapy: In group therapy, you will be paired with people who have similar experiences, in order to discuss issues and feelings in a round table fashion. Group therapy is over-seen by a trained staff member, and can help you feel less alone in your experience.
- Medication Management: Our clinicians will assist in any medication management that you may need in order to reach your mental health goals. This may include the prescribing, dose management, and symptom tracking while you’re using medication to assist in your mental health maintenance.
- Individual Therapy: Individual therapy is your one-on-one time with a clinician to unburden yourself. This type of therapy can help you understand and contextualize patterns within your experiences or thoughts, in order to help you manage and overcome your situations or feelings.
Mental Health Support for Veterans and Military
To meet the unique needs of our community, Thousand Branches Wellness – Mission Valley is proud to offer a dedicated outpatient program that is tailored for our military service members.
The Patriot Support Program is designed for active-duty military, veterans, National Guard, Reservists, and their families who would benefit from intensive, therapeutic outpatient programming to address psychiatric, emotional, behavioral, cognitive, substance abuse and post-traumatic stress disorders. A team of highly skilled, compassionate, and trauma-focused clinicians provides a safe environment for military members and their families to discuss and overcome the challenges that may arise from the demands of military life. Individual and group therapies provide flexibility for treatment without the disruption within the military, work, and/or home environment.
Our program works closely with installation personnel and VA resources to help clients achieve established treatment goals with an emphasis on maintaining close communication with the appropriate command infrastructure.
