Lindsay Anderson, ASW
Lindsay is an Associate Clinical Social Worker and Group Clinician at Thousand Branches Wellness – Mission Valley. She is passionate about fusing a holistic approach with evidence-based treatment to meet clients where they are at and create tangible change. Lindsay comes from a diverse clinical background and has worked with a variety of populations and age groups. Lindsay is excited to be on the Thousand Branches team and continue to advocate for mental health in the San Diego community. Allison Parranto, MA, LMFT
Allison Parranto is the Clinic Director of Thousand Branches Wellness – Arden Hills. She has a master’s degree from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in marriage and family therapy. With almost a decade of therapy experience, Allison has worked with diverse client populations across all need levels, and her tenure in the field includes ARMHS, individual/couples/family therapy and employment as a trainer for other therapists. Her clinical specialties include couples counseling as well as substance use and addiction. She is a board approved supervisor with MN state licensing boards and has a passion for professionally developing others in the mental health field.Erin Case, LCSW

Erin Case, LCSW
Erin Case is the Clinic Director at Thousand Branches Wellness – Mission Valley (TBWMV). She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been serving individuals in the mental health community for many years, in both adult and children's settings. Erin is currently licensed as a LCSW in California and Hawaii, using her Hawaii licensure to serve military and their dependents with virtual mental health IOP services. She is trained in EMDR and CPT for PTSD and other trauma-related mental health concerns. She enjoys working with couple and families as well as individuals (teens and adults). Her experience with underserved and vulnerable populations spans decades of work in mental health in varied settings and in varied roles. The pull to helping those struggling with their mental health has been a constant in her life since her childhood, and she views it as a privilege to working those that are struggling. Outside of the clinic, Erin is the wife of a now retired 24-year Navy Chief, mom to three amazing adult children and a new grandma to a perfect little girl.Connie Fredrick, LCSW, MSW

Connie Fredrick is a Houston native. She has her undergraduate degree in psychology and master's degree in Social Work from Simmons University. Connie is an experienced leader and advocate in the mental health field, previously working in both inpatient and outpatient positions within UHS. Connie's passion and career purpose is teaching and serving underprivileged communities, as well as working to remove barriers and increase access to care through community partnerships and continuing education. Autumn Fancher is a therapist with Thousand Branches Wellness at Arden Hills. She received her master’s degree from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in counseling and psychological services and has worked in the mental health field for nearly five years. She has worked with numerous and diverse clients, having provided in-community interventions as part of ARMHS, as an outpatient therapist working with individuals and couples and within intensive residential treatment services. She has experience working with trauma, autism spectrum disorder and a wide range of depression and anxiety disorders. Hannah Hildinger, LCSW
Hannah is a Licensed Clinician Social Worker and Therapist at the Houston North Loop location of Thousand Branches Wellness. She received her undergraduate degree in sociology and psychology from Texas A&M University and master’s degree in social work from the University of Houston. Hannah has previous experience in outpatient and inpatient mental health care and is passionate about maintaining a client-centered lens no matter the level of care. Her approach centers on utilizing trauma focused techniques to explore the foundations of current functioning, as well as analyzing the systems we each are a part of. Hannah has pursued additional training in DBT, EMDR, TF-CBT and EFFT. Integrating knowledge from multiple modalities, Hannah is dedicated to maintain a high level of empathy and compassion while emphasizing the client’s resilience and purpose. She is passionate about maintaining strong, evidence-based practice through consistent continuing education and curriculum development. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time with family, staying active and spoiling her multiple pets.
