WHAT IS INDIVIDUAL THERAPY?

As you move through your group therapy program and meet your goals, you may wonder what’s next for your treatment or worry about how you maintain your progress once you have completed programming. Our continuum of care includes individual therapy that will support you as you step down from your group therapy programming. Your therapist will work with you one-on-one to address any ongoing concerns, symptoms or challenges and help you to continue focus on your treatment goals. Individual sessions are confidential and can be conducted in person or virtually.
