OUR LEVELS OF CARE
Thousand Branches Wellness offers multiple levels of care to meet your needs at every stage of your outpatient journey. Our outpatient mental health treatment includes intensive group therapy, medication management and individual therapy, each program designed to help you take the next step forward.
INTENSIVE GROUP THERAPY
Individualized treatment goals will be established based on your presentation at the beginning of treatment. Intensive Group Therapy has proven effective for many and is an ideal starting place for treatment.
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT
Sometimes, your treatment team may determine you would benefit from additional support in their mental health journey. We can meet these additional needs through Psychiatric Medication Management, which is the prescribing, monitoring and adjusting of medications to help improve your mental health symptoms.
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
Individual therapy supports you as you step down from your group therapy programming. Your therapist will work with you one-on-one to address any ongoing concerns, symptoms or challenges and help you to continue to focus on your treatment goals.
VIRTUAL SERVICES
We understand that flexibility and accessibility are important factors when choosing your treatment partner. All locations are equipped with up to date technology allowing virtual services to be provided with licensed and qualified providers.
