Tulsa Behavioral Health Services

Our behavioral health service programs include a range of therapies. These services are:

  • Individual Therapy: One-on-one sessions with a clinician provide a safe space for you to explore thoughts and experiences. This therapy helps you understand and contextualize patterns, empowering you to manage and overcome challenging situations or feelings.
  • Intensive Group Therapy: In a supportive setting, you can discuss issues and feelings with peers who share similar experiences. These collaborative sessions, facilitated by a trained staff member, foster a sense of community and reduce feelings of isolation.

Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Here to Help Children and Teens Stay Mentally Healthy

Childhood and adolescence are times of change that come with a variety of unique stressors. While it is normal to worry about these pressures, a young person overwhelmed by them may develop behavioral health issues that influence their home and school life.

We provide evidence-based care to help young people face the behavioral and emotional issues that may arise from the challenges of early life. Our goal is to help children and teens learn effective coping mechanisms they can use to achieve long-term stability.

Because every youth’s needs are different, treatment is individualized and offered at multiple levels of care. Your child’s or teen’s treatment plan may include the following approaches, depending on his or her specific needs:

  • Cognitive behavioral therapy
  • Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT)
  • Individual, family and group therapy
  • Expressive therapies including art and music
  • Treatment for substance use disorder (as needed)
  • Wellness support
  • Skills training
