Austin Behavioral Health Services

Our comprehensive behavioral health service programs are designed to provide a holistic and individualized approach to mental well-being, incorporating a diverse range of therapeutic interventions and meticulous medical management.

Our core therapeutic offerings include:

  • Individual Therapy: Through guided introspection and evidence-based techniques, individual therapy helps you to identify and understand recurring patterns of behavior, thought and emotion. This deeper contextualization empowers you to develop effective coping strategies, challenge maladaptive beliefs, process difficult emotions and ultimately gain a greater sense of control over your reactions and choices in challenging situations.
  • Intensive Group Therapy: These collaborative sessions are carefully facilitated by highly trained staff members, ensuring a supportive, respectful and productive environment. Within the group setting, you can discuss personal issues, share insights, receive constructive feedback and practice new social and emotional skills. The shared experiences and mutual support inherent in group therapy significantly reduce feelings of isolation and foster a profound sense of community, demonstrating that you are not alone in your journey.

Our behavioral health service programs aim to equip you with the tools, insights and support necessary to achieve sustainable mental health, enhance your quality of life and empower you to navigate life’s complexities with greater resilience and confidence.

Adult Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

We’re excited to announce the launch of our Intensive Outpatient Therapy Groups designed specifically for adults navigating perfectionism, imposter syndrome, work/life burnout, functional freeze and trauma-related challenges.

Morning IOP Group

This group offers a structured, skills-based approach to healing. Participants will engage in evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT and mindfulness. Ideal for patients who:

  • Appear “high-functioning” but feel stuck, overwhelmed or disconnected
  • Struggle with chronic self-doubt, anxiety or emotional exhaustion
  • Need more support than weekly therapy but don’t require inpatient care

The group meets: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9am-12pm
